I was born in 1961. I graduated from Kiev Polytechnic Institute in 1984. My
speciality is designing engineering in optical & optical-electronic instrument
making. I worked in different Institutes of the National Academy of Sciences, in
several publishing houses and in the newspaper "Golos Ukrainy" .
